Nylas is committed to open communication and transparency. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management, or HR Business Partner in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this form to anonymously report violations, which will be viewed by our HR & Operations team and handled accordingly.
