Get Header Contents
Sometimes Nylas may need detailed email header information to help debug certain sync issues. Here’s how you can find this info from various mail providers:
Gmail and Inbox

When viewing a message in Google Inbox, hit the dropdown menu and select Show original:

Then copy the entire raw message and send it to Nylas.
Office365 Outlook

Open a message in Outlook:

Copy the entire contents of the message details and pass them along to the person supporting you at Nylas:
