Unauthorized Error

If your user is trying to re-authenticate using Microsoft 365, they might get the error:

UnauthorizedError(u'Wrong username or password for https://outlook.office365.com/)

Updating the security defaults, might allow them to finish authentication.

  1. Go the Azure Active Directory admin center.
  2. Click Azure Active Directory.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Under the heading Access management for Azure resources, select Manage Security defaults.
  5. Toggle Enable Security Defaults to No.
